John Diaz is the Founder and Managing Partner of Stone Mountain Ventures. His focus is on Pre-seed, Seed, and Series A investments, throughout the consumer, healthcare, and technology space. Before founding Stone Mountain Ventures, John worked at Bain Capital Private Equity as a Sourcing Associate, Grant Park Ventures as an Advisor, and Wellington Management as a Business Development Associate. Additionally, he previously interned with Bloomberg and Goldman Sachs and received his BBA in Finance and Risk Management from St. Mary’s University. Throughout his experience in these roles, he has been able to build strong relationships with top VC firms, industry experts, and angel investors across the US. Additionally, he has founded 2 companies.
Abe Saldivar joined Napier Park in 2015 and is a Director in the US Credit Research group focusing on Autos, Building Materials, and Chemicals. Abe began his career at Morgan Stanley in the Leverage Finance Group, and was promoted to a role as a Par Loan and Distressed Research Analyst. Abe earned his double BBA from St. Mary’s University (Texas).

Received his MSc in EngineeringManagement & Mechanical Engineering at Johns Hopkins University, followed by his BSc in Engineering at Johns Hopkins University.
Director of Business Development at a Middle Market Private Equity firm. Previously led the #1 origination desk for a complex financial markets product at a major wirehouse bank. Prior experience includes banking, financial markets and restructuring in London / European markets, as well as junior investment roles at an APAC hedge fund. Education includes a Bachelor of Economics and achievement in college- equivalent sports.
Susan is the founder of Startups for All, a purpose-driven incubator for self-funded founders from underrepresented populations. She has 20 years’ experience in digital innovation for Fortune 100 brands and 7 years’ experience leading product for start-ups and non-profit tech with expertise in inclusive leadership, multi-regional/global teams, social impact, edtech, bigdata/AI, and B2B2C platforms. Susan is a lifelong Michigan fan (Go Blue!) and currently resides in Portland, Oregon. Susan holds a BSE in Computer Science from Princeton University.
Wyatt is currently a Product Engineer with Ridgeline Computer Software. Formerly, he spent time with Mavrk as aSoftware Engineer as well as a Technology Associate with Wellington Management.As a lifelong entrepreneur he has worked along bright minds in companies such as Conquest Consulting and Mirage3D. He spends his free time volunteering within Big Brother Big Sisters of America. Wyatt received his BSc in ComputerScience from Cornell University.
